I am Cindy Crutcher a full time Real Estate broker and owner of EXIT Realty Crutcher. Real estate is what I do; families are why I do it. I own three real estate offices along with my husband, Mark Crutcher. These offices are located in Lawrenceburg, Louisville and Frankfort, Kentucky. I specialize in listing and selling residential and multi-family homes along with managing my offices. I am also passionate about selling farms and commercial properties. I was born and raised in Anderson County, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and work with buyers and sellers in my hometown in addition to other areas of central Kentucky. Those areas include Frankfort (Franklin County), Harrodsburg (Mercer County), Versailles (Woodford County), Shelbyville (Shelby County), Mt. Washington (Bullitt County), Taylorsville (Spencer County) and Louisville (Jefferson County). Having been in central Kentucky all my life, I bring a ton of knowledge and expertise to any buyer or seller looking in this area. I loved the brand so much that in 2006, we opened an EXIT real estate branch office in the east end of Louisville, Kentucky better known as J-town. We fought through the market crash of 2007 and 2008 and were able to sustain both offices through hard work and dedication. In 2017 we opened our third EXIT real estate branch office in Frankfort, Kentucky. We have grown both offices to be as exceptional in helping others as our first location in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Our offices have been instrumental over the years in raising monies for several charities in addition to helping these charities on the ground. We raised money for Habitat for Humanity and spent two days on the job site assisting a local build. We have collected, donated, and personally handed out thousands of blankets and other articles to our area Homeless Missions in Lawrenceburg, Frankfort, Louisville and Lexington. We have been avid sponsors of the Orphan Alliance at their fund-raising events and continuously support our local Chamber of Commerce’s which include Anderson County Chamber of Commerce, Jtown Chamber of Commerce and Franklin County Chamber of Commerce.
