Hi! My name is Don Noble, Broker-Associate with the EXIT Realty Crutcher team. Best selling author and career coach Ken Coleman says that when you arrive at the intersection of your greatest talent and your greatest passion, you will find your life’s purpose. For me that crossroads is the desire to help families stay on solid financial footing and the ability to focus, listen and map out strategies to lead them there. Real estate transcends far beyond sales, buildings, land, and mortgages...it is ultimately about PEOPLE. My gift is serving others with patience, kindness, honesty and integrity. I've always dedicated myself to those principles and they are my promise to you! As a native of Frankfort, I have a strong knowledge of the beautiful Central Kentucky region. Since 2000, I have successfully served hundreds of clients throughout multiple counties in the Bluegrass. In October 2017 I earned my brokers license through the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. I am a life long learner, dedicated to reading leadership books and pursuing advanced education in an effort to improve our team, our industry and ultimately our community. I am a Certified Dave Ramsey Financial Coach and am a member of the John C. Maxwell Leadership team. Currently I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership at Lincoln Christian University. I am married to the love of my life, Dawn, and we have two wonderful sons. We are members of Southeast Christian Church. We believe that the only way to truly impact our world is by serving our communities one person at a time. In short, Love God/Love People.
