I am Cindy Crutcher a full time Real Estate broker and owner of EXIT Realty Crutcher. Real estate is what I do; families are why I do it. I own three real estate offices along with my husband, Mark Crutcher. These offices are located in Lawrenceburg, Louisville and Frankfort, Kentucky. I specialize in listing and selling residential and multi-family homes along with managing my offices. I am also passionate about selling farms and commercial properties. I was born and raised in Anderson County, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and work with buyers and sellers in my hometown in addition to other areas of central Kentucky. Those areas include Frankfort (Franklin County), Harrodsburg (Mercer County), Versailles (Woodford County), Shelbyville (Shelby County), Mt. Washington (Bullitt County), Taylorsville (Spencer County) and Louisville (Jefferson County). Having been in central Kentucky all my life, I bring a ton of knowledge and expertise to any buyer or seller looking in this area. I have been in the real estate business since 1988. I worked as an agent for two years before obtaining my broker’s license in 1990. I then worked as an Associate Broker for an additional 9 years. In 1999, I along with my husband, opened my first brokerage in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and quickly built this office to become the #1 real estate office in the county. I am a member of several great organizations and I strive to be as active as possible in each of them. I belong to the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Greater Louisville Women’s Council of Realtors and Indiana Association of Realtors. I am also an approved educator for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and train new and experienced agents on a regular basis. In 2005, my husband and I decided to franchise our office and started to research several companies to determine a brand that carried similar values. EXIT Realty was the only brand that offered to help my family long after I was gone with a residual plan that was unheard in this industry. The brand also provided great support, training and completely believed in the agent being the asset of the corporation. Its focus was on building a brand that focused on helping others.
